In this role, you will positively impact both local and remote employees around the globe by being a terrific and reliable internal resource. You will collaborate closely with the rest of the Office Management team, with operations colleagues, leadership, as well as various suppliers and office technicians. **A more concrete idea of typical tasks you will be responsible for**: - Regularly tour the building, check that equipment is stocked and in good working order, and take note of any cleaning or maintenance issues to be reported. - Follow-up with service technicians to ensure prompt resolution/repairs. - Verify that supplies and snacks are stocked and place orders when necessary. - Compile the receipts for the monthly expenses reports for Office purchases. - Help organize and ensure various office events run smoothly by managing catering, special requests and/or cleaning services.
