**Basic Requirements**:
- College diploma, University degree of equivalent experience in a related field;
- Five (5) years experience in a computer technical environment;
- Knowledgeable in current IT hardware trends and technologies;
- Excellent customer service skills including patience, empathy and diplomacy;
- Excellent technical verbal and written communication skills;
- Team player with demonstrated commitment to service excellence;
- Strong understanding of Service Desk and Desktop best practices;
- Good problem solving and analytical skills;
- Ability to identify, isolate and communicate problems from and to all levels of internal and external service partners;
- Strong understanding of ITSM;
- Extensive experience working with different operating systems including Windows, iOS and Mac OS;
- Knowledge of current software and networking technologies;
- Organizational, time management, group leader skills and the ability to work independently;
- Experience in computer hardware support services technology and network communications;
