**Lead Business Analyst (Salesforce)**

Conduit Technical Consulting is looking for an experienced Lead Business Analyst (Salesforce) to work on a long-term engagement with our client. This position requires an expert business analyst who can easily work with management, the business, and the technical team to deliver projects and who has experience on the Salesforce Platform.

As a **Lead Business Analyst**, you will work in an enterprise environment playing the key business role working to deliver an improved workflow solution through case management and other enterprise product capabilities. This role will require technical acumen as well as leadership, and an active hands-on mindset towards the delivery of requirements while interfacing with the business and technical teams. This role will also be involved with quality and acceptance testing from a requirements perspective.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Lead scope definition sessions and business meetings as required.
- Lead the business team in gathering requirements.
- Explore opportunities to build business reusable components i.e. via a COE component library.
- Translate business needs into process flows and stages.
- Manage requirements sessions, maintain the functional backlog, and support functional testing.
- Capture requirements in use cases, requirements and design templates as part of mockups or external tools as required.
- Validate development work and test plans.
- Work with business teams to understand/identify process reuse opportunities.
- Collaborate with the IT to review work and provide guidance on business direction for technical issues while meeting business requirements.
- Incorporate information security standards and requirements into all solutions as per organizational requirements.

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ years’ experience leading requirements gathering for delivery of enterprise Salesforce implementations
- Demonstrated experience in requirements gathering in an enterprise capacity over multiple projects
- Good requirements drafting experience and ability to lead sessions.
- Strong requirements gathering experience on multiple projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working with different requirements gathering tools.
- (nice to have) Certifications as a business architect or technical product domain certification.
- University Degree or College Diploma or recognized Post-Secondary diploma.

**Job Type**: Contract
