WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic planning and decision-making
- Support the budgeting process by collaborating with department heads to develop, review, and finalize annual budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and financial targets
- Prepare detailed financial reports for senior management and stakeholders, providing valuable insights for strategic decision-making.
- Produce monthly management reports, highlighting key financial KPIs and metrics.
- Assist in the month-end variance analysis, interpreting key trends and underlying drivers and identify areas for improvement
- Opportunity to participate in projects and business initiatives, providing financial insights to drive business performance

WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- In-progress CPA, CFA, or other relevant professional designation, or desire to pursue designation
- 2-5 years of experience in financial analysis, planning, and reporting.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Detailed-oriented, extremely self-motivated and dedicated, and a good team player.
- Knowledge of the wealth management industry is a plus.
- Previous experience with Workday Financials or Adaptive Insights is a plus.
