**About the Opportunity**:
Tucows is on the hunt for a Financial Analyst to join our Finance team. This individual will gain exposure to a diverse set of Finance roles and responsibilities across our businesses. This individual will be instrumental in helping build out and design the global FP&A function and supporting the stewardship and analysis of Tucows' Shared Services. The Financial Analyst is someone who enjoys a hands-on approach and can bring learnings from prior experiences to help the company continue to grow. This opportunity is ideal for someone that consistently delivers high-value work, can manage shifting priorities within an agile finance team while wanting to see the impact of their work in real-time.

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Assist in the coordination and consolidation of the quarterly forecasts and annual budgets
- Develop financial models to support budget and reporting objectives
- Assist in the preparation of external documents and reports, including Tucows' SEC filings
- Prepare ad-hoc financial analysis and reports as required by internal and external stakeholders
- Work with the Shared Services teams to prepare quarterly forecasts and annual budgets
- Analyze monthly financial results and variances of the Shared Services teams
- Assist in the development, preparation, and presentation of monthly reports detailing the financial and operating performance of Tucows' Shared Services

**Qualifications Required**:

- Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, economics, or another related field
- Chartered Public Accountant (CPA) designation, or program enrollment is considered an asset
- Previous FP&A, financial reporting or accounting experience is considered an asset
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, including complex formulas and modeling techniques
- Demonstrated ability to succeed in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Proactive self-starter capable of taking initiative and keeping commitments
- Positive attitude with an eagerness to learn about the underlying teams and processes
- A team player with strong written communication and interpersonal skills #LI-NA1 #Remote

The base salary range for this position is $64,700 to $76,200. Range shown in $CAD for Canadian residents. Other countries will differ. Range may vary on a number of factors including, but not limited to: location, experience and qualifications.
