**Role Summary**

Cyderes is looking for a strong Financial Analyst to join our growing Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company in a rapidly expanding industry. The Financial Analyst will be responsible for acting as a business partner working with stakeholders across the organization to “explain the story behind the numbers”. Reporting to the Director FP&A, the Financial Analyst will have wide exposure to various facets of the business and special projects across the organization, in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

**Primary Responsibilities**
- Key participant in the annual budget process and monthly/quarterly forecasts.
- Provide analysis of performance versus plan, drivers of the differences vs. prior budgets/forecasts, and performance against current strategy
- Lead meetings to present financial information in a manner clear to non-financial stakeholders
- Create and distribute standard periodic internal reporting across the organization
- Assist in the preparation of material for meetings with internal stakeholders
- Administration of forecasting and budgeting software (Adaptive Insights)
- Collect operational data and maintain data integrity
- Assist in the execution of special projects within Finance

**Desired Skills and Experience**
- High financial acumen with the ability to communicate/present clearly to non-financial stakeholders
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience in accounting/financial planning and analysis
- Self-starter with the ability to deliver high quality work with mínimal supervision
- University Degree in Accounting, Business Administration or related discipline
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Experience with Adaptive Insights is a strong asset
