As an* FP&A Analyst,* you will work closely with key stakeholders in finance (CFO, VP, Director, Controller) to connect their strategic goals to FP&A model design. You must have a deep understanding of the FP&A planning/reporting process, knowledge of metrics that Finance leaders hold their business accountable to, and challenges at all levels within the FP&A function. Intimate knowledge of financial statements is a must.
**As part of this role you will**:

- Work closely with clients' Finance leadership teams to uncover where improvements can be made within their FP&A processes and to understand what outcomes their strategy is targeting
- Lead requirements-gathering sessions to extract the functional requirements
- Translate functional requirements from design sessions to develop the model
- Create and test reports within Limelight to support the delivery and implementation of the project
- Minimum 2 years experience in FP&A
- Minimum 2 years of consulting experience
- Experience with building planning, forecasting and reporting models
- Strong finance and modeling background
- Project management is an asset
- Understanding of data governance principles and best practices
- Skilled in communication with clients and team members
- Focused on relationship building and client centricity
- Having worked with ERP or other FP&A products is a value-add
