**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**:
- Perform clerical duties, including filing, data entry and organizing documents
- Market business on social media by creating, editing and posting content
- Book and confirm appointments, maintain calendars, and manage payments
- Create and send invoices to clients, and confirm payments
- Draft and proofread agreements, forms, checklists to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Greet visitors and assist them appropriately
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in an immigration office setting or similar role is an asset
- Proficiency in software such as word, excel, one note, pdf editor, etc.
- Knowledge of basic clerical procedures and ticketing systems
- Excellent English communication and basic technical skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively to meet tight deadlines
- Experienced in working in fast-paced environments and managing workload stress effectively
- Minimum high school
This position offers the opportunity to grow in our organization.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
