ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain a consistent and organized follow-up system
- Maintain a good working relationship with vendors and become knowledgeable on their product lines
- Manage fulfilment process from receipt of the purchase order to product delivery
- Create and deliver proposals and quotes in a timely manner
- Obtain customer approval, process payments, and enter orders accurately
- Stay up-to-date on the status of all jobs and work with vendors to ensure timely delivery
- Collect payments and maintain accurate records
- Assist in operating and managing the store daily
- Assist with production, which may include operating a vinyl cutter and heat press
- Maintain an organized, clean, and professional store appearance at all times
- Maintain professionalism, understanding, and courtesy to represent the organization with a great reputation

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
