**About Us**:
North River Cabinetry Ltd. is a fast growing cabinetry manufacturer serving residential and multi-family projects across Prince Edward Island. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative & Finance Coordinator to support our operations, finance, and team coordination as we continue to scale.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable/receivable and general ledger entries
- Prepare monthly financial statements
- Process payroll efficiently and confidentially
- Assist with coordinating project schedules and ensure timelines are met
- Generate and manage client agreements and documentation
- Maintain organized filing systems (both digital and physical)
- Perform data entry and routine administrative tasks
- Conduct client follow-ups from time-to-time and maintain a high level of customer service
- Support internal communication and organization-wide coordination

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in an administrative, bookkeeping, or finance support role
- Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks Online preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and digital file systems
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable working across departments and adapting to evolving priorities
- Self-motivated, dependable, and professional in all aspects
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
- Take initiative and make decisions independently when needed
- Thrive both in collaborative environments and when working autonomously
- Communicate with clarity, empathy, and professionalism
- Exhibit a positive, can-do attitude that boosts team morale
- Have prior experience using scheduling, CRM, or internet-based administrative tools
- (preferred) Have experience in a manufacturing or production setting

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and cloud-based software tools
- Experience in book-keeping
- Comfortable with CRM, project tracking, and internet-based reporting platforms
