**Overview**
As our Office Administrator, you’ll be the organizational backbone of our business, supporting everything from client communication to project coordination. You’ll work closely with our project leads, tradespeople, and clients to ensure all jobs are tracked, documented, and delivered on time.
**Duties**
- Prepare and send quotes, invoices, and contracts
- Maintain project timelines and subcontractor schedules
- Order office supplies and construction materials
- File and track permits, insurance documents, and jobsite forms
- Assist with marketing tasks (e.g. uploading project photos, posting on social media)
- Keep digital and paper records organized and accessible
**Requirements**:
- 2+ years experience in an office admin, coordinator, or similar role
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Great attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Tech-savvy with comfort using spreadsheets and online tools
- Experience in construction or trades is a **huge plus**:
- Friendly, proactive, and self-motivated
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $22.00-$27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 - 40 per week
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
