**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Maintain accurate records of accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Process payroll and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations to verify and match financial records.
- Analyze accounts for discrepancies and resolve issues as they arise
- Collaborate with the accounting team to streamline bookkeeping processes
- Ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately in accounting software
- Process invoices, reconcile vendor payments, and manage client billing to ensure timely payments.
- **HR Support**: Assist with benefits administration, process enrollments and changes, and provide support to the HR Manager.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in bookkeeping or accounting is preferred
- Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks is essential
- Knowledge of payroll processing and related regulations is a plus
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and practices
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Knowledge of payroll and employment standards is essential

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
