**Reporting To**:Director of Sales
**Location**: 19888 Langley Bypass, Langley BC, V3A 4Y1
**Hours**:9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Generate Purchase Orders for ordered showroom supplies, installations, countertops, accessories, accent glass, and warranty parts.
- Deposit cheques to the bank.
- Send monthly, and weekly sales reports.
- File paperwork and files as necessary.
- Receive postal mail and process accordingly.
- Invoice sales contract for cabinets, countertops, accessories, and handles.
- Contact clients about their experience with the Langley Showroom and Designers and their experience with the delivery of their goods.
- Process credit cards and other forms of payment.
- Communicate the installation, delivery, and countertop dates to clients.
- Ensure all accessory orders arrive and track their delivery dates.
- Communicate to the Manufacturing Facility about back ordered items and follow up when they will be ready, and monitor parts.
- Make installers and clients aware of any back ordered or missing items.
- Accept and process packing slips to make sure all orders have arrived from the factory.
- Project management experience and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented and focused.
- Kitchen cabinet industry experience is considered an asset.
- 1+ years of customer service experience.
- Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office programs).
- Timely and effective decision-making skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong time management skills.
- Work well in a team environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
