Your superpower includes being an exceptional gatekeeper who can think on their feet, coordinate activities across all levels of the firm, and keep the deal team organized and on track.

Key Responsibilities:

- General office management such as maintaining office supplies and pantry, ensuring the office remains well-organized and tidy
- Administrative support such as preparing meeting agendas, organizing engagement files, copying materials for meetings, binding presentation decks, and other similar tasks as needed
- CRM, CMS, and data room management - sending and collecting NDAs, inputting new information, updating existing information, and ensuring compliance from team members
- Facilitate planning and execution of catered events in the office’s flex space

Qualifications:

- 1-2 years experience as an Executive Assistant within a professional services environment
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a high level of integrity and professionalism
- A self-starter who has advanced problem-solving skills and is able to multi-task
- Highly organized and energetic individual with excellent planning and organizational skills
- Working knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat
