Vancouver, Canada Adler University (CAN) Full time

**Education/Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum two (2) years of experience in higher education setting, administration experience preferred.

**Certifications/Licenses**:
**K/S/A**
- Strong working knowledge and experience with database management, preferably SalesForce
- Strong computer skills with standard programs such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, and Outlook
- Professional and friendly in-person and phone presence
- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
- Ability to travel to off-campus events as needed
- Alignment with the mission and values of the Adler University
- Availability to work some evening and weekends

**Supervision (if applicable)**:None.

**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Accurate collection and recording all data on inquiries and applicants for reporting purposes
- Answers questions about Adler University programs, admissions requirements and processes, tuition and financial aid, housing, and student relocation
- Coordinates, assists and sets up on-campus and virtual events such as open houses, information sessions, webinars and prospective student interviews
- Conducts tours of the school as needed
- General office support and organization
- Executes written and verbal correspondence to prospects and applicants
- Make sure projects that support admissions are prioritized and completed in a timely manner while maintaining data entry accuracy
- All other duties as assigned by the Director of Admissions

**Work Environment (Physical Demands)**:The usual and customary methods of performing the jobs functions require the following physical demands: some lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling and significant fine finger dexterity. Generally, the job requires 80% sitting, 10% walking, and 10% standing. This job is performed in a generally clean and healthy environment.
