The Cut Design Academy is a Design post secondary school that provides the best Design Education on the west coast. We specialize in Fashion, Graphic Design, Home Decorating and Makeup Artistry. With over 8 diplomas to choose from and over 14 certificates full time.

We pride ourselves on being the only school that has a student centric philosophy.

Admissions Coordinator

We are seeking an Admissions Coordinator to provide expert guidance on loan payments, book phone meetings with our Admissions Advisors, and issue letters of acceptance to students. Because you are often the first interaction for a prospective student, you are charming and outgoing on a daily basis.

**Responsibilities**:
Telephone bookings for prospective students

Assist students with their financial loans and deposits

Administer language test

Provide comprehensive administrative support to various departments

Assist in managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.

Assist in document preparation, editing, and formatting. Data entry and maintenance of records using office software and tools.

Perform general office tasks, including filing, scanning, and office organization. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless daily operations.

Extra Admin duties as needed

**Requirements**:

- Post Secondary Training
- Strong Admin skills
- Detailed and thorough
- Strong written skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Up-to-date knowledge of educational trends and best practices.
- Must be able to laugh out loud once per day

**Salary**: $40,000.00- $55,000.00 per year
