**About Us**: At Rocky Cross Construction, we specialize in providing top-notch restoration services, helping clients recover from property damage with exceptional care and efficiency. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled Accounts Receivable Supervisor to join our team and ensure smooth and accurate financial operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the accounts receivable process, including invoicing, collections, and credit management
- Complete accurate and timely billing of customer invoices.
- Oversee and maintenance of customer records in ERP system
- Oversight of aging reports and analysis of accounts receivable aging to identify potential issues and trends.
- Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
- Provide weekly, monthly and year-end reconciliations to various departments.
- Address and resolve billing inquiries and disputes from customers promptly and professionally.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in collections, implementing new strategies or technologies as needed to improve efficiency and results.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external collection agencies, and other service providers as necessary.
- Work closely with all departments to ensure company policies and procedures compliance
- Identify opportunities for process optimization in accounts receivable and cash management, implementing efficiency improvements
- Assist in special projects and initiatives as required

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in accounts receivable, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting software and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
