We are looking for a **Receiving Supervisor** to lead and inspire our receiving team, ensuring the smooth, accurate, and timely flow of materials into our manufacturing facilities. In this role, you will manage daily workloads, assign tasks, and coach team members while fostering accountability, collaboration, and a culture of continuous improvement. You will oversee the receipt, inspection, and ERP recording of materials: including glass, hardware, aluminum and PVC extrusions, and custom components, ensuring they are delivered efficiently to support production and service operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead, coach, and develop the receiving team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Organize daily workloads, assign tasks, and manage staffing to support production priorities.
- Oversee receipt, inspection, and ERP entry of materials, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Monitor team performance, conduct performance reviews, and implement improvement plans as needed.
- Enforce safety standards, 5S practices, and company policies in the receiving area.
- Collaborate with Warehouse, Production, and Purchasing teams to optimize workflow and prevent bottlenecks.
- Support inventory control, cycle counts, and corrective actions to maintain accurate stock levels.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- 4+ years of experience in Receiving, Warehouse, or Material Handling, including 1-2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
- Experience in manufacturing or distribution, preferably in Windows, Doors, Construction Materials, or Building Products.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to coach, correct, and develop staff.
- Proficiency in ERP or WMS systems (e.g., Epicor, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, or equivalent).
- Forklift certified or able to become certified within 30 days.
- Experience handling fragile or precision-fit products.
- Knowledge of Lean/5S, visual management, and continuous improvement principles is a plus.
- Post-secondary diploma in logistics, business, supply chain, operations, or equivalent experience.
