Travaillant directement avec la Directrice des opérations, les fonctions principales seront de donner assistance administrative et coordination des tâches reliées aux projets de maintenance et de l'entretien des propriétés. Le post consiste à:

- Coordonner les communications au téléphone et par courriel électronique avec les sous-traitants et le reste de l’équipe
- Coordonner l’équipe de maintenance afin d’exécuter adéquatement les tâches et projets dans les propriétés
- Relation propriétaire : Coordonner la communication avec les propriétaires.
- Facturation et toutes les tâches administratives du département des opérations.
- Assistance avec des achats pour la rénovation des maisons en location.
- Assistance pour les projets d'amélioration des propriétés locative

Compétences requises:

- Expérience en administration et coordination des opérations (maintenance ou construction).
- Expérience en l’industrie d‘hébergement sera un atout
- Excellent(e) en rédaction et communication.
- Intérêt pour le design d’intérieurs.
- Couramment bilingue (FR/ANG)
- Au moins 3 ans d’expérience de travail
- Doit être basé à Mont-Tremblant ou à proximité.

- Owner relations: assist with communication with owners.
- Invoicing and all related administrative tasks.
- Assist with interior design shopping and purchases.
- Review and purchase kitchen and linen inventory.

Skills Required:

- Experience in administration and operations is required (maintenance and/or housekeeping management)
- Experience in vacation rentals or hotel industry will be valued
- Interior design interest
- Excellent communication and writing
- Fluently bilingual (FR/EN)
- Ability to multitask efficiently and navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
- Must have working knowledge or can quickly adapt to online software and word processing tools (Google Drive, Microsoft Office, Mailchimp)
- Minimum 3 years work experience
- Based in Mont-Tremblant or proximity.
