**Position Overview**:

As an Outside Sales Representative at Starboard Transport, you’ll be at the forefront of our business development efforts. This remote role will have you traveling to assigned territories across Canada and the US, where you’ll showcase our comprehensive transportation solutions and make a tangible impact on our success.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Acquisition**: Identify and engage potential clients in your assigned territories. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects.
- **Relationship Management**: Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- **Consultative Sales**: Understand clients’ unique needs and present tailored transportation solutions that address their challenges.
- **Market Analysis**: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities in your regions.
- **Sales Strategy**: Collaborate with our sales team to create and execute effective strategies for market penetration and revenue growth.
- **Reporting**: Track sales activities, manage CRM entries, and provide regular updates on progress and results.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Proven Experience**: Demonstrated success in outside sales, preferably in the transportation or logistics sector.
- **Strong Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage clients and articulate value propositions effectively.

- **Travel Flexibility**: Willingness to travel frequently to assigned territories across Canada and the US.
