Outside Sales Representative

**Responsibilities**
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Analyze customer needs to develop effective sales strategies.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with prospective clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align product offerings with customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and needs promptly.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in outside sales or business development.
- Strong account management skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
- Solid understanding of sales principles and practices.
- Ability to analyze market data and trends to inform sales strategies.
- Proficiency in customer service practices that enhance client satisfaction.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience in the pest and/or wildlife industry would be considered an asset.
