Responsibilities and Duties
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Format and proof read appraisal reports
- Data base entry
- New file set-up
- Drafting quotes & invoicing
- Accounts payable/receivable
- Payroll
- Inventory and procurement
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Maintain and organize file systems and storage
- General office duties as required

Experience/Qualifications
- Office or clerical experience
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to proofread narrative documents for both written and numerical accuracy
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access)
- Experience with filing and managing records
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette
- Basic accounting and payroll knowledge considered an asset (Sage 50)
- Experience in the real estate, financial or legal sectors considered an asset

**Benefits**:

- Competitive salary ($50,000 - $60,000/annum)
- Daytime Monday-Friday, no weekends
- Some shift flexibility (8am-4pm, 8:30am-4:30pm or 9am-5pm)

Additional Details

Start Date: As soon as possible

Work Term: 18-month contract

Work Language: English

Work Setting: In person (Bedford, NS)

Hours: 40 hours/week, daytime, M-F
