We are a leading Sudbury construction company. With a commercial construction department that is continuing to grow, we are looking to add a highly qualified Site Superintendent to our team.

**Responsibilities**
- Completing project bid documents or packages for submission (with assistance from the Project Manager)
- Reviewing submission requirements and understanding what is required with submission
- Preparing and assembling Pre-Qualification documents for submission. (with assistance from the Project Manager)
- Printing and assembling specification documents & having drawing packages sent for printing
- Issuing requests for prices to sub-trade groups (list provided by project manager)
- Maintaining accurate information in the online database (Dropbox) account when Addenda are released during the tender period.
- Issuing (and update as required) meeting requests for Site Visits and Tender Closings to the office team.
- Prepare Purchase Order/CCDC Documents for trade groups
- Set up and maintain log sheets so the information is accurate and up-to-date
- Ensure requests for pricing is returned in a timely manner - contractor follow-up calls
- Assemble Change Orders for review by the project manager
- Update PO Tracker information as Change Orders are approve
- Overall maintenance of filing in an organized manner (paper and digital)
- On occasion, be available for site meetings to take & distribute minutes.
- Posting invoices for major sub-trades to SAGE
- Request and assemble project manuals.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in construction project management or a related field is essential.
- Strong skills in blueprint reading and understanding of schematics are required.
- Demonstrated ability in construction estimating and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams towards achieving project goals.
