The role of the Project Coordinator is to assist in daily coordination of projects derived from the firm initiatives. At FCR, we are big enough to compete but small enough to care.
**Your Role at FCR**
- Assist in preparing and maintain projects plans, including documentation, budgets, implementation, training, and communication for projects.
- Develop and maintain a detailed project schedule and track project progress.
- Identify and escalate project obstacles to stakeholders.
- Schedule kick-off and debrief meetings.
- Prepare meeting materials, presentations, agendas, and minutes in support of the project.
- Monitor an efficient system and record for all project activities.
- Initiate, develop and maintain communication with internal and external clients as appropriate.
- Perform a variety of day-to-day office and clerical tasks.
- Follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency.

- Proficient in navigating computers and software and be able to learn new software quickly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills over the telephone and in person.
- Manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Demonstrate dedication and motivation to achieve high standards of service and professionalism.

- Ability to impact and influence staff and stakeholders.

**Qualifications**
- Excellent computer skills.
- 3-5 years of project management experience is preferred.
- College Diploma in Business Administration is preferred.
- Accounting experience is considered an asset.
