**Job Summary**
This is a new position within our growing company. We are seeking a motivated individual to build our HR department. This position requires a strong understanding of HR practices and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while fostering a positive workplace culture.

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct interviews and assist in the recruitment process to attract top talent.
- Manage employee relations by addressing concerns and facilitating conflict resolution.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement training programs for staff development.
- Support project management initiatives related to HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
- Participate in the development of HR strategies that align with business goals.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in interviewing, recruiting, and employee relations.
- Familiarity with HR software systems such as Oracle, Kronos, Dayforce, or SAP is highly desirable.
- Strong data collection and analytical skills to support decision-making processes.
- Excellent project management abilities with a focus on meeting deadlines.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with employees at all levels.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
