We are currently looking for a Human Resources Generalist who can work independently as well as assist management with a wide range of Human Resources tasks.

**Position Overview**:
We are currently looking for a human resources professional to join our team. You will work with senior management on all human resources related work, such as:

- Full cycle recruitment and selection
- Onboarding
- Health and safety
- Performance management
- Benefit administration
- Has a positive, team-oriented attitude
- People oriented, comfortable having difficult conversations
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask
- Energetic with a drive to get the job done
- Ability to adapt to change
- Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly outgoing attitude
- Willingness and desire to grow personally and professionally
- Can take initiative to complete tasks and projects independently
- Has the ability and is comfortable working with a wide range of individuals
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Knowledge of WorkSafeBC, employment standards and current employment law
- 1-3 years of relatable Human Resources experience
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends when required
- Willing to take on all tasks as assigned
