Calgary, Canada Royal View Surgical Centre Full time

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and check in patients
- Ensure all patients and support persons are provided with ongoing information and support prior to and during their visit.
- Answer busy phone lines.
- Maintain records and filing systems.
- Book, reschedule or cancel appointments.
- Provide support and assistance to the Patient Care Teams regarding booking appointments for surgeries and consults and ensuring appropriate documentation associated with those appointments is completed.
- Strong Insurance submission knowledge and administration.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints.
- Maintain current knowledge (technology, billing, practice admin)
- Work cooperatively with other staff
- Develop and Maintain positive interactions with patients.
- Prepare reports as requested.
- Undertake any other related activities as required.

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Overtime pay

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Calgary, AB T3E 7E6: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Dental receptionist: 1 year (required)
