**Job description**
Crescent Dental Group is currently seeking a dynamic and **experienced Dental Administrator** for our Crescent Heights Dental location in **Calgary, Alberta**.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet patients upon arrival and update their personal and medical information
- Manage the day-to-day clinical schedule of the dental practice
- Insurance breakdowns
- Hygiene Coordination
- Chart Audits
- RecallMax to schedule appointments
- Respond efficiently to patient needs and inquiries, and work toward improving the overall patient experience
- Ensure each patient understands their treatment options, insurance coverage and benefits plans
- Collect and process payments
- Collect, review and forward payables to the Financial Department
- Other day-today duties as assigned
**Position Schedule: Full Time**
**Monday - 12-8 pm**
**Tuesday
- 8-4 pm**
**Wednesday - 10-6 pm**
**Thursday - OFF**
**Friday
- 9-5 pm**
**Saturday - 9-5 pm (at least one Saturday off per month, we try for 2 when possible) (always closed on long weekends)**
Dental Software: Tracker & RecallMax
Expected hours: 40 per week
