**Experience: Retail / Customer service experience.**

High school diploma **required**.

Reception experience **required**.

Customer service experience **required**.

Basic Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Gmail and general computer knowledge **required**.

Cashier experience ideal but not required.

Service and parts experience ideal but not required.

**Description of position (but not limited too)**:

- Answering multiple telephone lines, taking detailed messages and transferring calls to appropriate co-workers.
- Taking part orders, handling payments, collecting signatures, and filing documents accordingly.
- Receiving shipments, tracking inventory, processing received parts and contacting customers in a timely and organized manner.
- Cleaning duties which are: filling spas, daily maintenance of store, mopping, wiping down tubs, and other upkeep as required.
- Processing and handling chemical and retail sales.

Position is Friday and Saturdays from 10:00 AM till 5:00 PM and some weekdays. Holiday relief work will also be expected. No evenings and no Sundays.

**Wage is based on experience.**

Must be team player and enjoy working with the public on a daily basis.
