**Job Overview**

Living Luxe Magazine and Living Luxe Media Group are seeking a reliable, organized, and proactive Office Administrator to join our growing team. This hybrid role involves working four days per week in our Toronto office and one day remotely, providing vital administrative and operational support to ensure the efficiency of daily business functions.

**Key Responsibilities**
- General office administration, organization, and operational support
- Manage internal and external schedules, calendars, and appointments
- Coordinate deliveries, pickups, and logistics for editorial shoots, events, and merchandise
- Assist with on-site meetings, photo shoots, and client-facing interactions
- Provide administrative assistance to editorial, media, and marketing departments
- Handle communications, inquiries, and correspondence with professionalism
- Support outreach efforts and help coordinate partnerships and vendor relations
- Maintain office supplies, filing systems, and digital organization
- Ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner while managing multiple priorities
- Take initiative in problem-solving and contribute to process improvements

**Key Skills & Qualifications**
- 1-2 years of experience in an office support role or event planning.
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines effectively
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, and general digital tools
- Experience with scheduling, outreach, and relationship management is an asset
- Reliable transportation for deliveries and off-site meetings (preferred)
- Positive attitude, flexibility, and a proactive mindset

**Work Schedule**
- 30 hours per week
- 4 days in-office, 1 remote workday
- Occasional flexibility required for events, meetings, and special projects

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour
