**Bilingual Technical Support Associate (French/English)**

Quickstyle Industries, Canada’s market leader in flooring distribution, is a company committed to quality products and customer service for over 30 years.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Answering phone calls from customers and company representatives
- Providing after-sales support
- Troubleshooting problems and finding solutions in an efficient and amicable manner

**Qualifications**:

- Strong phone, verbal and written communication skills and etiquette
- Bilingual (English/French) high proficiency level
- Product knowledge (training provided)
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
- Relevant experience which may include retail and/or hospitality sectors.
- High school diploma or equivalent

**Devoirs et responsabilités**:

- Répondre aux appels téléphoniques des clients et des représentants de l'entreprise
- Répondre aux demandes des clients sur les produits par téléphone et par courrier électronique
- Résoudre les problèmes et trouver des solutions de manière efficace et amicale

**Qualifications**:

- Bonne maitrise des langues : anglais et français
- Fortes compétences en communication téléphonique, verbale et écrite
- Connaissance des produits (formation sur place)
- Capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois, à établir des priorités et à gérer son temps efficacement
- Expérience pertinente pouvant inclure les secteurs de la vente au détail et / ou de l'hôtellerie.
- Diplôme d'études secondaires ou l'équivalent
