**Skill**
- This role is essential in assisting our customers following the deployment of Windows 11 ensuring a smooth transition and addressing any technical issues that may arise We are looking for experience with Win10 Win11 service desk and onsite support soft skills
- Need bilingual support English French
- These resources will primarily be augmenting your service desk with the flexibility to do floor walking at sites based on needs
- Customer Support Provide first level support to customers experiencing issues post Windows 11 deployment
- Support Providing remote and onsite assistance to users answering questions and guiding them through technical procedures
- Documentation Maintain detailed records of customer interactions solutions provided and technical issues encountered Maintain knowledge base SOPs KEDBs etc
- Training Conduct training sessions for customers to familiarize them with Windows 11 features and functionalities
- Updates and Upgrades Manage and execute updates and upgrades to Windows 11 systems as necessary

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
