**Job Description**:
**WHAT'S THE JOB?**
Under the general supervision of the Director of Marketing, the Technical Support Coordinator will ensure all technical elements of our operations are installed and functional in all 14 business locations at McGill campus.
This position will also act as a shared resource with Student Housing and Hospitality Services at McGill.
The coordinator will be mainly responsible for the following:
- Digital Menu Boards are functional, updated and running.
- All POS, terminals are functional and updated
- All computers are functional and updated
- All accessories/network/wifi/printers are functional and updated
- Assist managers with technology challenges and troubleshoot
**Qualifications**:
**WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**
- Post-secondary education in an associated field
- 1-3 years experience in customer support and on-the-ground troubleshooting
- Proficient in MS office and basic network skills
- Independent, self driven and proven problem solver
- Bilingual
