**Type: Full time**
- Bachelor's degree or associate degree in related field
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in Technical Support (L1 or L2 or L3)
- Must be bilingual English and French
- Maintains and administers computer networks and related computing environments.
- Has Hands-on experience in networking, routing, and switching.
- Good knowledge or experience with a CCNA is also good
- Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems.
- Manage file servers and printer servers.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
**Salary**: $40,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Montréal, QC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Network support: 3 years (preferred)
- CCNA: 1 year (preferred)
- LAN/WAN: 2 years (preferred)
- Technical Support (L1 or L2 or L3): 3 years (preferred)
**Language**:
- French (required)
- English (required)
Licence/Certification:
- CompTIA A+ (preferred)
