Used Car Manager
**Responsibilities**:
- Oversee the used car department and ensure smooth operations
- Manage the acquisition, pricing, and inventory of used cars
- Conduct market research to determine competitive pricing strategies
- Evaluate trade-in vehicles and negotiate deals with customers
- Coordinate with sales team to promote and sell used cars
- Ensure all necessary paperwork and title processing is completed accurately and in a timely manner
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, making adjustments as needed
- Train and mentor sales staff on effective selling techniques for used cars
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of the automotive industry, specifically in used car sales
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and make informed pricing decisions
- Proficient in math and 10-key typing
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Previous experience in a managerial role within the automotive industry is preferred
Pay: Up to $180,000.00 per year

- Weekends as needed
