We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Car Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the car purchasing process. Your expertise in sales and customer service will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional experience for our clients while achieving sales targets.

**Duties**
- Greet customers warmly and establish a rapport to understand their vehicle needs.
- Conduct thorough product presentations and demonstrations of vehicles.
- Manage the sales pipeline effectively, ensuring timely follow-ups with potential buyers.
- Assist customers with financing options and paperwork required for vehicle purchases.
- Maintain an organized approach to tracking leads and customer interactions.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the buying process and beyond, addressing any questions or concerns.
- Collaborate with the dealership team to ensure inventory is well-stocked and presented attractively.
- Stay informed about industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in retail sales or dealership environment preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities, especially in Spanish, are highly desirable.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple clients and tasks efficiently.
- Proficient phone etiquette for effective communication with customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A passion for automobiles and a desire to help customers find their perfect vehicle.

Pay: Up to $120,000.00 per year

Additional pay:
