**Duties**
- Engage with customers both in-person and over the phone, providing exceptional service and support throughout the sales process.
- Assist customers in selecting vehicles that meet their needs and preferences while highlighting key features and benefits.
- Maintain organized records of customer interactions and follow up on leads to drive sales.
- Collaborate with the sales support team to streamline processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Participate in outside sales initiatives, including community events and promotions, to generate leads and increase visibility for the dealership.
- Stay informed about industry developments, competitor offerings, and dealership inventory to provide knowledgeable assistance.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably within a dealership or automotive environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Bilingual proficiency (Spanish) is a plus but not mandatory; however, strong customer service skills are essential.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated for outside sales efforts.
- A genuine passion for cars and the automotive industry is highly desirable.
