THE POSITION

We are looking for a community-focused Client Care Coordinator to join our growing team If you are someone who presents themselves professionally, is personable and naturally friendly, detail-oriented, a go-getter, an excellent communicator, and strives for excellence, we want to hear from you

The Client Care Coordinator is responsible for greeting clients, answering the phones, scheduling appointments efficiently, completing administrative processing, and recordkeeping.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be a high School graduate.
- Work experience in a Medical Office environment an asset
- Experience in the entire Microsoft Office Suite - including Excel for data mining
- Excellent interpersonal skills that allow effective working relationships with a diverse client, colleague, and vendor population
- Self-driven and the ability to prioritize tasks
- Valid passport (or the ability to obtain one) for training and work-related activities in the U.S. when permitted

Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
