- Position Overview_

The Client Care Coordinator will generate leads and build relationships by organizing daily work schedules to call on existing and potential customers. The Client Care Coordinator will assess the care need for individuals of all ages and be the liaison by maintaining communication with social workers, families, various health care professionals and facilities.
- Position Duties and Responsibilities:_
- Ability to identify prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business in line with objectives.
- Receives referrals and proceeds with assessments to determine care needs.
- Develops and maintain individualized care plans necessary to meet the clients need.
- Provides information/literature to prospective clients.
- Takes initiative to establish and maintain liaison with local health care professionals and facilities.
- Plans and organizes work schedule effectively.
- Participates in educational development, conferences and community events when required.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing situations.
- Ability to perform independently and work in a team setting.
- Qualifications and Skills:_
- College Certificate/Diploma or Equivalent Experience.
- 2-3 years of experience Business Development and Sales within Health Care.
- Competent in Windows-based computer programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Able to work flexible hours.
- Valid Drivers license.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Available to work days, evenings and weekends.
- Sales and customer relations would be an asset.

**Salary**: $50.00-$70.00 per hour

**Benefits**:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:
