**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a highly organized and self-motivated individual to join our team as a
Client Care Coordinator. This is a hybrid role, where you will work part of the time in our office and part of the time from home. You will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of client care, including scheduling appointments, managing client information, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Maintaining an empathetic demeanor at all times as you’ll be working in the mental health industry
- Managing client information and ensuring all client data is accurate and up-to-date in our CRM system
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery to clients
- Monitoring client satisfaction and addressing any concerns or issues promptly
- Participating in team meetings and contributing to process improvement initiatives
- Maintaining a professional demeanor and providing excellent customer service at all times
- Working part of the time in our office and part of the time from home, ensuring productivity and communication are maintained
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in a customer service or client care role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- Proficiency in CRM systems
- Comfortable with working part of the time in an office and part of the time from home
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge about Hubspot is a plus

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 15-20 per week
**Salary**: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

- Toronto, ON M4P 1E2: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Toronto, ON M4P 1E2
