Summary

We are seeking a Client Care Coordinator and Social Media Manager to join our team at Kat Kova Therapy. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and support throughout their therapeutic journey and help grow our brand visibility. Your contributions will directly enhance our commitment to mental health excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Manage client inquiries and provide timely responses to ensure a positive experience.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate client communications effectively.
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation in compliance with privacy regulations.
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to the smooth operation of the therapy practice.
  • Collaborate with therapists and staff to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Provide information about therapy services and assist clients in understanding their options.
  • In addition to Client Care Coordination, you will be asked to create social media posts and blog articles to support our marketing efforts.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in medical or healthcare administrative support or a related field.
  • Experience in mental health services is an asset.
  • Strong attunement to matters of patient confidentiality.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with practice management tool Jane App is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with WordPress, Mailchimp, Canva, and Google Workspace
    (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Forms)
    is also a plus.

Hours

  • Evenings & Weekends (plus flexible weekdays)
  • Monday-Friday 6PM-8PM, Saturdays 9AM-6PM, Sundays 12PM-6PM
