**Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic **Client Care Coordinator**to join our team initially on a temporary part-time or full-time basis—with the potential to become a permanent role with the company. In this role, you’ll be the cornerstone of our client services, ensuring seamless communication between our clients and staff. Your ability to navigate the city—whether by driving or utilizing public transit—will be key to your success as you manage scheduling and on-site coordination across multiple client locations.

We provide dedicated healthcare services to private homes, hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, long-term care facilities, nursing homes, retirement residences, clinics, outpatient wellness, and company workplace settings.

**Scope and Responsibilities**
- ** Client & Staff Scheduling**: Coordinate and manage daily schedules for client appointments and staff assignments, ensuring optimal service coverage and efficient use of resources.
- ** Client Relations**: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, managing expectations, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- ** Team Coordination**:Work closely with various internal departments to ensure staff are properly briefed on client needs and special requirements for each engagement.
- ** Client Assessments and Visits**:Travel around the city to new and active clients as needed for regular follows and initial client assessments
- ** Operational Support**: Assist in planning and executing client-related events, meetings, and special projects that contribute to the overall success of our service delivery.
- ** Documentation & Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, scheduling changes, and operational logistics, providing regular updates to management.

**Who We Are Looking For**
- RN / RPN License with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- 1-year supervisory experience, with the ability to coach, develop employees, and resolve conflict
- 1-year experience working with seniors
- Demonstrate willingness and ability to be adaptable, build relation
- Proven experience in client relations, administrative support, or a related field is highly desirable.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with both clients and team members.
- Flexibility to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
- Valid driver’s license or demonstrated ability to efficiently travel using public transit throughout the city.
- Proficiency in scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.

**Schedule**
- 16 to 40 hours per week
- Must be available to work a minimum of 1 weekend day per week
