Business Development Representative

**Overview**
The Business Development Representative (BDR) plays a critical role in driving new business growth by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing sales opportunities within target markets. Reporting to the VP of Sales, this individual will serve as the first point of contact for potential clients via cold calling; converting leads into qualified opportunities for the sales team, and supporting revenue expansion through strategic outreach and relationship management.
This opportunity is best suited for individuals with a professional and driven attitude, adaptable and accountable mindset, and ability to handle a high volume (80-100+) of outbound calls per day to support the Sales team.

**Duties**
- Conduct outbound calling to prospective clients to generate leads and set appointments.
- Engage in warm calling to follow up on leads and nurture relationships with potential customers.
- Attend meetings to collaborate with the Sales team to align strategies and improve lead generation efforts.
- Utilize CRM software, such as Salesforce, to track interactions, manage leads, and report on sales activities.
- Conduct thorough research on target companies to identify key decision-makers and tailor outreach efforts.
- Demonstrate excellent negotiation skills to close deals effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends.
**Skills**
- Proven experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or inside sales.
- Familiarity with CRM software and technology sales processes.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Ability to negotiate effectively and close sales deals.
- Experience with technical sales is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability in outbound calling and marketing strategies.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
