**As a valued member of the team, your core responsibilities will include**:

- Dispatch Board
- Receive incoming phone calls to schedule inspection and assign Inspectors to work orders
- Accounts Payable
- Process incoming invoices for payment, including coding, approval and data entry
- Accounts Receivable
- Process sales invoices on a weekly basis, both external and related customers and manage collection process of sales invoices, including weekly updates to Controllers
- Payroll
- Process weekly payroll, ensuring completeness and accuracy, including allowances, from upload of mobile data through approval process to upload of electronic payment to employees
- Administration
- Maintain ISO and safety records
- Prepare or assist with preparation of quotes for miscellaneous clients
- Order supplies as required for inspectors
- Other duties as assigned.
- Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail
- Excellent ability to think quickly and make the most effective decision in high-pressure situations
- Ability to work in a team environment with interpersonal communication skills - written and oral
- Strong ability to organize tasks and work within defined timelines
- Preference is given to those with a strong construction background
- Own transportation is required
