Join Cayde Accounting & Tax, a thriving firm specializing in bookkeeping, payroll, tax, and CFO services. We seek an energetic, professional, and client-focused Sales Account Representative in Winnipeg, capable of effective online communication and in-person promotion.

**Work Hours**: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 1 PM Central Time (20 hours per week), with the possibility of full-time in the future.

**Responsibilities**:

- Generate leads and secure new clients through cold calling, prospecting, workshops, networking events, and presentations.
- Create and distribute marketing materials to attract new clients, both online and in the Winnipeg community.
- Maintain and support existing client relationships, ensuring high standards of service and provide additional services throughout the relationship.
- Assist in client onboarding by:

- Gathering essential information for a smooth transition to our services.
- Obtaining and scanning documents from clients across Winnipeg and uploading to our secure servers.
- Collaborate with team members through virtual meetings and occasional face-to-face encounters.
- Handle administrative tasks as required, including other document-related and secure processing duties.

**Requirements**:

- Based in (Remote) Winnipeg, Manitoba, with occasional local travel to promote the company and obtain leads.
- 1-2 years in a sales role, with a focus on cold calling, lead generation, and public promotion.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively online, especially via virtual platforms like Zoom, and in person at events.
- Familiarity with financial services, such as bookkeeping, payroll, or tax, is an asset.
- Strong computer skills, including familiarity secure data handling.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, friendly attitude with a commitment to client satisfaction.

**Compensation**:

- $18 to $20 per hour, depending on experience.
- Plus a 5% commission per client acceptance on the first year of the client's annual subscription contract.
