**Responsibilities**:

- Answer phones and schedule appointments for physicians
- Check patient in/out at clinics and other off site visits
- Assist with patient intake forms, lab orders, insurance verification, etc.
- Take patient charts as directed by physicians
- Assist with billing and insurance verification when needed
- Scan documents into medical software (DocuSign)
- Maintain office inventory and supply levels as directed by the office manager.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Previous experience in medical office assistant or related field (1 year preferred)
- Familiarity with medical software (DocuSign preferred)
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines at the same time. Professional written communication skills along with verbal communication skills are required. Must be able to work independently with little supervision. Must be able to work in a team environment as well as under the guidance of an experienced supervisor or manager.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $15.00-$17.00 per hour
