**Business Development Representative (BDR)**

As a Business Development Representative at Connected Sensors you will be instrumental in driving our growth by identifying and qualifying leads that align with our business objectives. While working closely with our President, you will play a pivotal role in initiating relationships with potential clients and setting the stage for successful partnerships.

**Responsibilities**:
Lead Generation:

- Conduct thorough research to understand the needs and challenges of prospects, ensuring alignment with our offerings.

Qualifying Prospects:

- Engage with potential clients to assess their suitability as customers based on their requirements and fit with our solutions.
- Schedule meetings or calls to further explore their needs and establish rapport.

Relationship Building:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for prospects, guiding them through the initial stages of the sales process.
- Educate prospects about our services and value proposition, addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have.
- Foster long-term relationships with prospects as it relates to ongoing communication and personalized engagement strategies.

Competitor and Market Analysis:

- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
- Utilize insights to identify opportunities for business growth and refine our sales approach.

Collaboration with Sales Team:

- Work closely with our sales team to strategize and execute plans for lead conversion.
- Provide regular updates on lead progression, market insights, and sales strategies.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM)(HubSpot):

- Maintain accurate records of interactions with leads and prospects in our CRM system.
- Ensure the sales pipeline is updated with the latest information on leads and opportunities.

Customer Satisfaction and Retention:

- Ensure a positive first impression and experience for prospects, reinforcing our commitment to exceptional customer care.
- Support efforts to enhance customer satisfaction and retention through diligent follow-up and support.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience (1 to 2 years) as a Business Development Representative or similar role in sales or business development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and proficiency in MS Office or similar software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
