Atlas Structural Systems is a manufacturer specializing in the design and manufacture of pre-engineered structural systems for commercial and residential construction projects in Eastern Canada and the US. **Responsibilities**:
- Creating and logging all quotes and orders.
- Gathering and managing customer information in the management system.
- Coordinate paperwork and files to EWP order picker.
- Preparation of all site packages and information to customers.
- Following up on previously quoted projects.
- Preparation of simple quotations to customers, i.e., stock trusses or EWP.
- Managing undersigned orders to ensure deadlines for picking and/or production are met.
- Assist in logistics and provide back-up when necessary.
**Qualifications**:
- High school or college diploma, and/or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2 years in a sales position.
- Construction experience is considered an asset.
- Customer service is considered an asset.
- Capable of reading and interpreting architectural drawings.
- High attention to detail, strong communication skills, and well organized.
- Capable of managing multiple deadlines and priorities.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, ever-changing environment.
- Self-starter capable of coordinating several teams to achieve goals.Proven experience using engineering, estimating, or drafting software.
