**Commercial Administrator**
- Administration and assisting of Estimation team _. The duties and responsibilities of the Commercial Administrator are as follows:

- Setting up new leads
- Searching for leads on various online platforms
- Inputting/ replying to quote invites on platforms
- Creating files in OneDrive with appropriate requirements
- Sending out site visit requirements for quotes to commercial team when received
- Scheduling on site visits for estimating for estimators
- Reviewing contract for specific requirements and bringing to estimators’ attention
- Advising Project Manager of Bid Bond requirements
- Creating quotes
- Sending quotes for approval
- Sending quotes to clients
- Organization of Commercial files in OneDrive
- Completion of follow-ups (keeping follow up tracker to date)
- Attending internal meetings to ensure we are working on all projects cohesively
- Estimating Team meetings
- Updating/maintaining of Commercial Projects Spreadsheet for quotes

- **Christmas Shut Down**: Depending on the year, Trinity Energy Group shuts down for one to two weeks around the Christmas holiday, providing employees with the opportunity to spend quality time with your family and friends. Employees are able to either use their Trinity Savings Plan to avoid loss of pay during this time, or you could use your allotted vacation time.

**Requirements**:
2-5 years of industry experience preferred.

Diploma/Certificate in Business Administration preferred.

Must have reliable transportation.

Availability: Monday to Friday.

Pay Range: $20-$25 per hour

Start Date: As soon as possible

Term ends July 2026

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 17 months

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
