We're hiring a Maintenance Division Manager to take full ownership of the division, leading crews, building client relationships, managing resources, and driving division growth.

**The Role You’ll Play**
As the Maintenance Division Manager, you’ll oversee all aspects of our maintenance operations. From estimating and scheduling to team leadership and client satisfaction, you’ll be responsible for ensuring our contracts are profitable, our teams are engaged, and our clients are impressed. This is a key leadership role reporting directly to senior management.

**Key Responsibilities**

1. Division Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, support, and develop a team of forepersons, crew members, and seasonal staff.
- Establish clear expectations, performance standards, and training programs.
- Build a strong division culture focused on accountability, safety, and growth.

2. Operational Oversight
- Manage all day-to-day operations of the maintenance division.
- Oversee weekly route planning, scheduling, job tracking, and time reporting.
- Coordinate equipment, materials, and staffing to ensure job readiness and efficiency.

3. Estimating & Job Costing
- Estimate new contracts, enhancements, and seasonal work with accuracy and profitability in mind.
- Conduct site visits, scope assessments, and client consultations to develop proposals.
- Track job costs and contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis.

4. Client Engagement & Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary contact for maintenance clients—ensuring clear communication, prompt service, and long-term satisfaction.
- Conduct regular site inspections and client walkthroughs.
- Identify upsell opportunities and coordinate with sales and project teams for execution.

5. Quality & Safety Control
- Implement and enforce quality assurance processes and safety protocols across all crews.
- Conduct jobsite visits and spot checks to verify performance and compliance.
- Lead safety meetings and promote a safety-first culture.

- Maintenance schedules are optimized, on-time, and aligned with client expectations.
- Estimates are accurate and support both new sales and long-term profitability.
- Clients feel informed, respected, and see clear value in our services.
- The division runs smoothly with mínimal downtime, high morale, and strong retention.
- Safety and compliance are non-negotiables, and incident rates are mínimal.
You’re recognized as a key driver of division performance and growth.

**What You Bring to the Team**
- 5+ years of experience in landscape maintenance, with 2+ years in a leadership or operations role.
- Strong estimating and job costing abilities.
- Excellent people management and leadership skills.
- Proven client service and communication abilities.
- Experience using CRM, scheduling, or field service software.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
